Tips for relaxing and color therapy
There are so many ways you can relax using color
here are a couple of tips.
1. Find some color marbles or color candies place them in a bowl in front of you.
Gaze at them as you drift off into a meditative state.
Take deep breaths and release all tension through out your body.
Whenever you find yourself attracted to a color to the point wherever you go the color and it seems to pop out at you.That tells you that you need that color. Make your self a color chart or write me at [email protected] and I will send you one along with a what to do chart. You should at least pick out two colors to start with then as you get use to those colors you can move on to the Third color. Do this everyday the first color is your color for that day your second color is the reason way you'r picking that color and the third ones is what you need to do about it.

Picture this
There is a lot of ways you can use color for healing purposes. If you have a colorful picture hanging in your home you will be able to gaze upon it and take in all that it has to offer. Take this picture to left the red stands for the root chakra. And the white for the light that enters into to the crown chakra. The green represents the heart chakra. And the yellow represents the solar plexus. Also it's represent Purification according toThe Secret language of Color ebook. So it doesn't matter where you get the color. What matters is that what ever your color is make sure you take in as much as possible. You want to absorb yourself in the color to get the most benefit out of it.
Lights of color
Lights are beautiful displays of colors they may be used as well. If you are looking for an inexpensive use of color. You might not want to use lights but if you don't mine investing your money in these wonderful energy bulbs you will be getting both. The color and the energy that they throw off.
Color Light Therapy
It is very beautiful when the lights play off the ice and the ice reflex the colors back this is a great time to set out for a moment or two to take in Gods wonderful healers at there most laminated time.
Color Soaking Bath
Know matter where your color comes from just be conscious of it. Take it in and soak yourself in it make it a part of your everyday. If your one of those people that don't where a lot of colors then i'm sure you are getting your color from one of the other ways either by light or the color bath soak. I don't always wear a lot of color but I do my color therapy everyday. This summer i'm looking forward to color shopping instead of soaking in it i'm going to start wearing more of my colors. That is my goal and you can do the same just take time out to set a color goal and see how much fun you will have.
